The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) is preparing a draft Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) for the Croskell Employment Precinct, in Melbourne’s south-east growth corridor. This plan outlines the land use and layout of roads, public transport corridors and other key infrastructure for new communities.

As part of the VPA’s process, Melbourne Water has prepared a draft concept drainage strategy for future urban development within the Croskell Employment PSP. This identifies the stormwater drainage infrastructure and treatment assets needed so that new developments meet current standards for flood protection, water quality, waterway health and amenity. It also determines the financial contribution developers pay us in order to fund this infrastructure.

The Croskell Employment PSP is located within Ti Tree Creek Development Services Scheme (DSS 0619), 45 kilometres south east of Melbourne’s CBD.
