16 February 2023

We’re now halfway through the public consultation period for the Maribyrnong River Flood Review.

If you would like to make a submission, share your experience or find out more, please visit the Maribyrnong River Flood Review project page. Submissions close Friday 17 March 2023.

You can also still attend one of our in-person drop in community information sessions or an online information session.

About the drop-in sessions

Our community information sessions are an opportunity for you to drop in any time from 6.30pm-8.30pm. You can ask any questions you may have on a range of flood-related topics.

Information tables will be set up around the room to provide opportunities for one-on-one conversations with Melbourne Water, Council, Victorian State Emergency Service (VICSES), Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV) and the Australian Red Cross representatives. Please note, there will be no formal presentations at these sessions.

Please note that whilst registrations are not essential, they are highly encouraged. So if you know someone that has not registered but wants to attend please encourage them to do so. Click here to register for a drop-in session.
