This natural capital accounting project ran for 12 months with funding from Landcare Australia’s Landcare Farming Benchmarking Project.

The aim was to demonstrate using the Level 3 Landcare Methods for native vegetation and soils, and share the learnings with farmers in the project area. The project was a partnership with Bass Coast Landcare Network.

Six demonstration farms were involved in the project and verified accounts are being developed.
