What we heard

We asked about your real-life experiences of flooding, as well as construction works that may affect how water flows or pools.

In total, we received 124 submissions from Glen Eira residents. The themes from the public consultation and the submissions received are summarised below.

What’s next

We’re currently reviewing our stormwater flood maps against your submissions. This validation process is detailed, and is expected to take approximately 3 to 6 months to complete.

At the end of the process, we’ll share an update with you outlining the key changes and insights that emerged. The final stormwater flood maps will also be published online for use in decision making.
