The feedback you have provided is collected for the purpose of informing the development of a concept plan for the Glenroy retarding basins. Melbourne Water may do the following with your feedback, after de-identifying your feedback to the extent that is practically possible:
Personal information being collected includes your age, gender, postcode, cultural information and connection to the project. You can choose not to share this information. Melbourne Water will delete personal information when it is no longer required in compliance with the Public Records Act 1973 (Vic).
You are entitled to access and correct your personal information. If you would like to access or correct the information you have provided to Melbourne Water, please contact us by email, [email protected]. In some cases, requests for personal information may be handled in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic).
