The personal information you provide to Melbourne Water may be shared in a de-identified statistical format with other organisations working on this project, including Victorian local and state governments, water authorities, community organisations and engagement consultants.

The feedback you have provided is collected for the purpose of informing the development of a concept plan for the Glenroy retarding basins. Melbourne Water may do the following with your feedback, after de-identifying your feedback to the extent that is practically possible:

• Publish and or quote directly from your feedback in project documentation, which will be publicly available documents.
• Make your responses available to other Victorian Government agencies governed by the same privacy laws as Melbourne Water.

Personal information being collected includes your age, gender, postcode, cultural information and connection to the project. You can choose not to share this information. Melbourne Water will delete personal information when it is no longer required in compliance with the Public Records Act 1973 (Vic).

You are entitled to access and correct your personal information.
