We’re updating flood maps in the west of Baw Baw Shire to better identify locations at risk of flooding. To improve the quality of the maps, we’re seeking your knowledge of past flooding in the area.

There are three maps being updated in the west of Baw Baw Shire, which include the towns of Drouin and Longwarry. These reflect the different sources of flooding, and provide information used to plan for infrastructure, housing and emergencies.

*Please note, if you recently provided flooding insights to council as part of the Longwarry Drainage Strategy, there is no need to provide your information again.
