The waterways and drainage focus groups will engage on topics like pollution, stormwater, flood, community connection to waterways, and the charges for these services.

These insights will help:

• Inform other engagement for our services
• Identify areas that need further exploration
• Influence decision-making, planning and expenditure for the next regulatory period between 2026 and 2031.

We’re seeking the following people to join our online focus groups:

• People from a regional or rural area (outside Greater Melbourne)
• People who are under 25 years old
• People who are homeowners (including people paying a mortgage)
• People who are older than 60 years old
• People who are renting
• People who have experienced difficulty paying their bills
• People who speak a language other than English at home

Please complete the registration form if you are interested in taking part in one of the online focus groups listed above.

Focus group participants will receive a $150 payment for their time and commitment.

There will be 8-12 people in each focus group. We'll send you an email and call to confirm if you are selected for one of the focus groups.
