Make a submission
Submissions from anyone were accepted via online form, email or post, in their preferred language.
This included supporting documents, such as photos.
There were two methods of sharing information, depending on the type:

Share your flood experience
Other information, including personal stories and images, could be added to an online map or shared during a community information session.
Experiences could also be shared privately via email.

Attend an information session
Six community information sessions were held (2 online, 4 in person) to provide opportunities to learn more about the review and submission process, ask questions and share personal experiences of the flood.
